OpenSky and Obervatory Loaner
Through the few weeks of Summer 2021 Anand Sharangpani has graciously offered funding for observatory grade equipment and his driveway for astronomy activities. LightBenders in collaboration with Anand Sharangpani is offering two programs:
OpenSky Watch
Opensky watch on Weekends Friday or Saturday Nights through Summer depending on weather We are meeting Saturday June 19 night in his driveway 9:30PM onwards. Any of youth or LightBenders interested ping Yogesh Chavarkar or Anand Sharangpani to get the address and related details.
In the picture on the left the marked faint haze above the power pole the Andromeda Galaxy. It visible with naked eye on a clear dark sky from his driveway.
